1- Standard License

Who Can Use This License:

Individual

Usage Rights:

Unlimited use in websites, blogs, social media posts, videos, and other digital content.
Optimized for personal use and small prints .
Allows print runs up to 1,000 copies for marketing print materials (posters, brochures, flyers, banners, catalogs, and magazines).
For one individual user only (not for teams or companies). standard license

Restrictions:

You cannot use the image in products for resale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, templates) without an Enhanced License.
Only one user may use the image per license.

2- Enhanced License

Who Can Use This License:

Companies, agencies, or individuals requiring extended commercial usage rights.

Usage Rights:

Unlimited print runs (posters, books, merchandise, advertisements)
Use in products for resale, including merchandise, templates, apps, and digital products.
Multipe users within a company or team can use the licensed image
Government & NGO Awareness Programs
For Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
For Schools, Colleges & Educational Training Institutions
For Book & Educational Content Publishers
For Printing & Branding Agencies
For News Media, Digital Media & Blogs
For Government & Private Agriculture Departments
Suitable for large-scale digital and print marketing campaigns.

Restrictions:

You cannot redistribute or sell the image as-is.
Credit must be given to agrimedia.in if required.
Not allowed for AI model training/Dataset creation/Machine learning
Images cannot be used in unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content.

Pro License

Usage Rights:

For AI model training, Dataset creation, Fine-Tuning, and Research use.

Restrictions:

Re-sell / Re-share / Re-upload in any form
Open Source use is not allowed.
The image cannot be used in any Public Dataset, Free Distribution Platform, or Open Model Training Resource.
Adult / Obscene / Sexual use is strictly prohibited

Important Notes

All licenses are non-transferable and non-exclusive.

Once purchased, you may download and use the image according to the terms of your license.

agrimedia.in retains copyright ownership of all images.

By purchasing a license, you agree to follow all terms listed above.

Custom / Requested Image

All images listed on this website are Non-Exclusive.
They cannot be converted into Exclusive under any condition.
